Sadism :
The act of inflicting pain for sexual enjoyment. A sadist is the person who enjoys inflicting the pain, usually for mutual sexual gratification of the agreeable masochist.
Safe Word :
A code word agreed beforehand and when said by the submissive means the BDSM activity must stop. This ensures both parties fully understand the limits allowed.
Slave :
The submissive who consents to give total control of their sexual pleasure, and sometimes day to day activities to another person.
Switch :
Being a Dom or sub doesn’t necessarily mean you have to always adopt that role during BDSM play. Some people like to ‘switch’ roles depending on their mood - you can be Top or bottom and get the best of both worlds.
