Using The Website
How do I search ?
You can search for other members’ profiles quickly and easily by going to the Search page, where you can set your search criteria.
You can also find members using one of the following quick searches:
•Recommended Members •Latest Members •Latest Photos •Latest Videos
If you’re looking for a specific type of person, you can search by characteristics, such as height, build and even hair length, by setting filters on the search page. Advanced search allows you to specify many different types of search filters and criteria to help you locate members that match your requirements.
What are credits ?
We like to think of credits as online currency. They can be used to purchase virtual gifts and once your mobile is registered to the site, love alerts too. To purchase credits click on ‘Account’ and then ‘Credits and Top-Up’. You will then see the option to ‘Buy Credits’. Click on this option and you will be directed to the payment page where you can simply click ‘Get credits now’ and we will automatically add the amount of credits you have chosen, using the card details your provided to upgrade your account. As easy as that! Once your balance falls below 10 credits, we will automatically top it up for the amount you originally purchased. You can turn off the automatic top-up at anytime by going to ‘Account’ then ‘Credits and Top-up’. Please note, you must already be a full member to purchase credits.
What are gifts ?
Virtual gifts are a great way to show your interest in another member and to make your message stand out in their inbox. You need to purchase enough credits before sending gifts and this can be done by clicking on ‘Account’ and then ‘Credits and Top-Up’. Gifts start from 6 credits and can go up to 125 depending on which virtual gift you decide to send. You can choose from a range of virtual gifts including; chocolates, a glass of Champagne and a single Rose. If you find a member that you'd like to send a gift to you can do this by clicking on the link to ‘Send a message’ and then clicking ‘Send message with gift’.
Can I use the site on my mobile ?
Yes you can! Our site has its very own mobile platform which enables you to browse the site, receive notifications and chat to other members, all from the palm of your hand. That means that you don't have to wait until you're at a computer to check your account because you can find members and arrange dates on the go. Use our website wherever you are and it’s optimised for mobile phones and tablets.
What should I write in my diary ?
Your online dating diary is your place to let others know a little more about you and what makes you tick. You can write about anything; whether it's sharing experiences from the site, letting others know what you've been up to that day, or generally just updating people on your online dating journey. You can always start by reading other members' diaries to get a good idea of the kinds of things other people are writing about. You'll then see the option to ‘Write new diary’ which, once clicked, will open up a new box for you to write your diary in. When you're finished click ‘Submit’ and once approved, your diary will be visible on the site for others to read and enjoy.
How do I stop receiving emails ?
Want to give your email inbox a break? No problem! Head over to the Notification Settings page and decide which emails you want, and which you don’t.
Not sure what emails you need? Here’s our recommendations:
•Keep your New Private Message notification on, to make sure you never miss out on the opportunity to chat.
•If you’re the busy type and don’t have time to Search, keep your Daily Update of New Members notification on. That way, you’ll be the first to hear about new singles in your area.
•If you’re a basic member, the Notice of Special Offers notification will let us know you’re interested in our latest discounts.
You can change your Notification Settings as many times as you like, allowing you to tailor your emails to your specific needs.

How do I delete my account ?

You will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire to help us improve our site, and to confirm your password to ensure you are the registered member. You will receive confirmation on screen once this has process been completed.
